Extended description of the purpose(s) of the processing: We will process your data for the management, administration and maintenance of the services provided and for the sending of service updates and advertising related to services offered by Integral Business Process Outsourcing, Externalia S.L. hereinafter Externalia Solutions.

Time periods or criteria for data retention: The personal data provided will be retained for as long as the relationship with the entity and their deletion is not requested by the interested party, they will be kept in accordance with the legal deadlines established in tax and accounting matters, taking as a reference the last communication.

Automated decisions, profiling and applied logic: The company will NOT make automated decisions, profiling or logic applied to your data.

Legitimation by execution of a contract: Since the processing is necessary for the performance of a commercial contract to which you are a party, it is noted that the type of contract in question is the aforementioned commercial contract or pre-contractual relationship.

Esta red social está situada en Estados Unidos. Por ello, cualquier información que subamos a dicha red social supone una transferencia internacional de datos a EEUU, ya que los datos subidos a nuestros perfiles se almacenan en los servidores de dicha empresa.
Ahora bien, Externalia Solutions no sube ni trata a través de dicha plataforma datos personales de los usuarios, siendo éstos quienes voluntariamente deciden seguir nuestra página.
